BEST SERVICES
AND NOTHING LESS
Support, guidance and access to resources is available through our Advice Portal, regular workshops, events, panels and conferences.

Launchpad Artists
Artists have been supported through Launchpad, which works to reach, select, and support a diverse representation across music genres and communities.
Advice sessions act to directly support the development of artists and are tailored to individual needs and creative/career aspirations. They acknowledge a need to empower artists with the skills and knowledge to navigate a career in music. Sessions with advisors cover management, releasing, songwriting, live, production and much more.
Recording support sees artists funded through a variety of professional standard recording projects. This has included funding towards mastering an album, producing and mixing a single, coordinating live filmed sessions and more. As always, support is tailored to the individual needs of the emerging artist or band.
Performance opportunities are offered in partnership with relevant regional promoters, venues and festivals to aid the development and profile of Launchpad Artists. Launchpad Artists will be put forward for performance opportunities.
Launchpad Projects
Launchpad Projects supports emerging music industry professionals who are building a career in the music industry, but NOT as a music creator or performer. This includes those wanting to work in music management, events, record labels, publishing and more.
You can apply to Launchpad Projects as an individual, as an individual on behalf of a project and/or as an organisation to receive support via one to one advice, career and business development, and funding.
Examples of funded support we would consider include:
-
Funding associated with releasing new music (including pressing, publicity and marketing)
-
Funding associated with live events (promotion, artist costs, venue, online tech)
-
Professional membership fees, conference fees, industry event costs, workshops
-
Contribution to training costs and more

Launchpad Futures
Launchpad Futures supports artists and emerging music industry professionals aged between 14 & 25, through a series of bespoke industry workshops. Launching in 2023, Launchpad artists between 14-19 years old receive access to creative and industry guidance, to support their musical and professional development.
Emerging music industry professionals between 18 & 25 years old have the opportunity to engage with national music industry organisations, attend training workshops on professional development in the industry, build relationships with other early career music professionals
Launchpad+
Launchpad+ acts to continue to support and empower artists in a sustainable way. It is for artists who have previously been supported through Launchpad, as well as for a wider range of artists outside the project who recognise the benefit and want to take advantage of this kind of developmental opportunity. Launchpad+ continues to provide one to one support, advice and guidance from our team, effectively manage recording and publishing rights where necessary and connect artists with other industry professionals who can offer further advice and support. All of this is aimed at allowing artists to proactively manage their own music and careers.
