We offer a tailor made service to fit your requirements. Every event is unique and we have the capacity to fulfill your requirements from start to finish. We will discuss all your event requirements before giving a quotation as obviously fees charged will depend on the scale and nature of the event, complexity of planning and our level of involvement. We’ll keep in contact with you regarding our time, hours spent, and liaise with you on specific items, but we’ll also work to your budget and plan accordingly. You’ll never be charged more than we agree upon and there will be no hidden extras or surprises.

CLEAN GAMING

Games are a hands on activity and we want everyone at Fortress to feel comfortable using our devices and spaces to have fun!

All of our controllers and peripherals are sanitised immediately after each use, and PCs are locked after each use until they have been thoroughly cleaned by our staff. Sanitising stations are available in multiple areas around the venue including one at each entry point of our venue.

CLEAN INTARACTION

We have a contactless menu option available at all tables and PC stations. We also do not accept cash, and instead offer various contactless payment options. Where applicable, seating has been spaced out to ensure 1.5 metre distancing. Floor markings have also been placed in certain areas to ensure minimum physical distancing guidelines.

YOU CAN HELP

To comply with Government guidelines, we require that all visitors check-in at reception. Your details are stored for 28 days as required and deleted immediately after to protect your privacy. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or are generally unwell, please postpone your visit! We’ll be here when you’re feeling better.
