Do I have to pay to enter LegacyEM?

No! Entry to LegacyEM is always 100% FREE to enter. The exception being when there are ticketed events in some areas of the venue.
What are your areas of expertise?

We work from start to finish on both commercial and personal events. These range from product launches, conferences and company award evenings to celebratory birthday, weddings and anniversary events. We’ve worked across all business sectors. What services do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive event planning service. We’re able to find venues, organise catering, décor, accommodation, staffing, equipment and even hire speakers for corporate events. We offer a tailor made service to fit your requirements. Every event is unique and we have the capacity to fulfill your requirements from start to finish. What are your fees?

We will discuss all your event requirements before giving a quotation as obviously fees charged will depend on the scale and nature of the event, complexity of planning and our level of involvement. We’ll keep in contact with you regarding our time, hours spent, and liaise with you on specific items, but we’ll also work to your budget and plan accordingly. You’ll never be charged more than we agree upon and there will be no hidden extras or surprises.
Why do I need an event planning?

An experienced event planner saves you time and money.We will supply reputable suppliers and vendors, negotiate the best rates, discounts, terms and conditions on your behalf and co-ordinate all aspects of your event. Using an event planner takes away stress and worry, and gives you peace of mind to enjoy your event.

Is LegacyEM kid-friendly?

Yes, we want to share our love of gaming with people of all ages! LegacyEM has a minors policy in place to make sure that everyone can enjoy our venue, regardless of age. Children under the age of 10 need to be accompanied by a guardian at all times. Please note that after 7PM we do not allow minors in the venue.
Do I need to own or have an account to play games at LegacyEM?

We have plenty of guest accounts available, which means you can enjoy the latest releases without needing your own account or to own the title. You can also log into your own accounts if you wish.
What types of games do you have?

LegacyEM Gaming Hub has a wide variety of games across all major genres like FIFA, Call of Duty, Fortnite, Dota 2, League of Legends, Fortnite etc. We also have a large board game library located in Gaming Hub.
Do I need to be good at video games to enjoy LegacyEM Gaming Hub?

Not at all! LegacyEM Gaming Hub is for all types of gamers, from beginners to pros.

Where is LegacyEM?

Can I bring my own board games at LegacyEM Gaming Centre?

Yes! Everyone is allowed to bring their own tabletop games to LegacyEM Gaming Centre.
Is LegacyEM wheelchair accessible?

NO. THe building is an old type but we have a team to support those who may need our services.
Do I have to play games at LegacyEM Gaming Hub?

Not at all, there is something for everyone at LegacyEM, including a soft drinks relaxation area and a meeting place for all.
Do you have gift cards or vouchers available?

Yes, you can purchase gift cards online and in-venue at our retail section.

CLEAN GAMING

Games are a hands on activity and we want everyone at Fortress to feel comfortable using our devices and spaces to have fun!

All of our controllers and peripherals are sanitised immediately after each use, and PCs are locked after each use until they have been thoroughly cleaned by our staff. Sanitising stations are available in multiple areas around the venue including one at each entry point of our venue.

CLEAN INTARACTION

We have a contactless menu option available at all tables and PC stations. We also do not accept cash, and instead offer various contactless payment options. Where applicable, seating has been spaced out to ensure 1.5 metre distancing. Floor markings have also been placed in certain areas to ensure minimum physical distancing guidelines.

YOU CAN HELP

To comply with Government guidelines, we require that all visitors check-in at reception. Your details are stored for 28 days as required and deleted immediately after to protect your privacy. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or are generally unwell, please postpone your visit! We’ll be here when you’re feeling better.
